The south-facing apartment features a living room on the ground floor with a sofa bed, a dining area with four chairs, and comfortable armchairs. A flat-screen TV and stereo system provide entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, leaves nothing to be desired. The living room provides access to the covered terrace (loggia overlooking the courtyard). A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the bedroom with a double bed (2.20 m long with an open footboard) and an additional 55" LCD TV, a storage room, and the bathroom, completely renovated in 2024, with shower/toilet and vanity mirror. A comfortable seating area with two armchairs and a small table completes the apartment's furnishings. A second entrance has also been added on the first floor for easier access from the large glass stairwell. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A cot with linens (in the master bedroom) and a highchair can be provided by the property manager upon request for a one-time fee of €50.
