Holiday home in Rerik with swimming pool
Built in 2016 according to ecological guidelines using timber frame construction, the holiday home "The White House" is located near the Baltic Sea beach in the newly developed holiday park "Ferienpark Rerik." The park consists of approximately 40 recently built, high-quality houses. The White House features a photovoltaic system and a solar thermal system. A new addition is a free 11kW charging station for electric vehicles.
The White House sits on a plot of over 1200 m². A magnificent garden with a pool, sauna, three terraces (a south-facing terrace by the house, another by the pool, and an east-facing terrace), and a trampoline invites you to relax. The 10-meter-long and 1.35-meter-deep pool is equipped with lighting and a professional water treatment system.
Enjoy swimming even in the evenings and on cooler days under the transparent cover, which can be securely locked to protect non-swimmers and small children.
The solar-powered shower in the garden will refresh you and your children after a sauna or before a swim. From the sauna, you have an unobstructed view of the unspoiled natural landscape to the south ;-)
This view, with its unique panorama across the Mecklenburg fields and the Kühlung (a wooded nature reserve), can also be enjoyed from the south-facing balcony on the upper floor.
The holiday home has a living area of approximately 135 m² and is spacious, modern, and family-friendly. It offers space for up to 8 people, divided into 4 separate bedrooms. It is ideal for large families or for holidays with friends. The inviting ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, TV, a wood-burning stove, and adjoining terraces with various access points to the garden, a bathroom (including a hairdryer) with a large walk-in shower, and a bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, and blender.
The upper floor has three bedrooms with a total of six beds and a cot for very young guests. The second bathroom (including a hairdryer) is also located here, featuring a large bathtub and walk-in shower. The hallway includes a gallery with a writing desk and board games.
