Villa Archimede

The villa offers approximately 160 square meters of living space for a total of 6 people, divided into two separate units (main building 120 sq m / 4 people, annex 40 sq m / 2 people).
The heart of the villa offers elegant furnishings on the ground floor for four people, leaving nothing to be desired in terms of comfort. Through the entrance door, you reach a pleasantly bright conservatory with seating, a hi-fi system, TV, a projector with a retractable screen, and a glass table perfect for cozy game nights.

Upon leaving the conservatory, you enter another bright and elegant space. To the left is a beautiful kitchen equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave, opening onto a comfortable and inviting living room. The living room itself features a dining table, fireplace, upholstered furniture, satellite TV with Xbox, and air conditioning. The upholstered furniture not only provides an idyllic seating area in front of the fireplace but also overlooks the well-maintained Mediterranean garden surrounding the house. An espresso machine (classic stovetop espresso maker) is also provided. Two steps lead to the remaining rooms of the main building. There is an old Sicilian-style bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet/bidet. The house also provides Wi-Fi, table football, and children's toys.

Interior of the Annex: Located no more than ten meters from the main building is an approximately 40-square-meter annex with practical furnishings, containing a bedroom with a double bed. This room includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a wood-burning stove. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. An extra bed for a seventh person is available upon request.
