Description
This child- and family-friendly detached house with a private pool is located within a private property of approximately 1,200 sqm, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and olive trees. Floridia, with all its shops and restaurants, is just 3 km from the house.
The detached house offers a spacious, ground-floor living area of approximately 150 sqm, equipped with all amenities and functional furnishings for up to six people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living room is the focal point of the house. From here, you reach the kitchen with a kitchenette featuring four gas rings, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and a dining table.
From the living room, you reach the other rooms of the house: one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, each with air conditioning. A bathroom with a shower/WC/bidet is also available. The living room also features a staircase leading to the first floor, which is unoccupied and not accessible.
From the living room, you can directly access the beautiful, large, and comfortable veranda, which features a large dining table with comfortable seating. Next to the breakfast table is a porch swing. At the front of the house, there is a basketball hoop.
The private pool with pool lighting is surrounded by a lawn patio with a parasol, sun loungers, and a small gazebo.
-Use of the pool (April 1-October 31, 2025). Upon request, use of the pool is also possible before April 1, 2025, and after October 31, 2025, for an additional charge.
Notes:
-Security deposit (€300) is payable in cash (refundable on the day of departure).
-The second bathroom is only accessible from the outside.
-Adjacent to the property is an orange and lemon store where citrus fruits are occasionally loaded and unloaded.
-Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility.
