The light-filled, bright, modern, and comfortably furnished holiday apartment, approximately 35 m², is located on the second floor of a two-story house.

The house is located at Strandhaferweg 4 in the holiday home complex designed by the award-winning Danish architect Arne Jacobsen, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful South Beach and the lovely marina.

The apartment offers a magnificent view of both the marina and the Baltic Sea.

The beautiful holiday apartment comprises a living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) including a bed tunnel with a star pattern, and a modern bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower.

For young children, a travel cot with a mattress and changing mat, a booster seat, a NUK bottle warmer, a toilet seat for children, and a step stool are provided.

The bright kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy meals together.

The kitchen is fully and functionally equipped with a stove (2 ceramic/2 induction hobs), oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a NUK baby food warmer.

Ample dishes and cutlery are provided (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tablets are provided).

The living room is comfortably and modernly furnished with a sofa, coffee table, dining area by the window, and features an LCD flat-screen TV and a stereo system. An iPod dock (portable) is also available.

A ceiling fan and underfloor heating (in the bathroom and partially in the living area) ensure a pleasant indoor climate year-round.
The island's capital, Burg, is only about 4 km away and easily accessible by bicycle.
Bicycle rental is available.
The apartment also includes a designated parking space.

Thanks to the apartment's excellent location, you have many leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. For example, you can rent a boat at the marina, try stand-up paddleboarding, trampolining, swimming in the Baltic Sea, or, if the weather is bad, visit the "Fehmahre" adventure pool.
