Description
Well-appointed holiday cottage with everything your heart may desire. The house is very spacious with 2 separate sleeping areas, each with 1 bathroom and there is also an extra bathroom next to the pool area. A total of 3 bathrooms, they all have underfloor heating. All 7 bedrooms and the mezzanine have box mattresses. The pool area has a large swimming pool, water slide, large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 persons. The living room has a tasteful decor with modern furniture, wood-burning stove and flat screen TV. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you will find the activity room with darts, table tennis, table football or billiards. There is also a bar and a stereo system for entertainment. For the children there are PlayStation 2 and 4 (no games). The large plot, that surrounds the house, has a sandpit and swings. Large, open terrace suited for barbecues. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.

The division is very successful. The games room is very large and more than enough space is there too
Prachtig ruim huis met volledige keukeninrichting, biljarttafel, tafeltennistafel en voetbalspel, Grote tuin, Mooie omgeving op loopafstand van het strand,
Het pand was ruim en comfortabel, maar sommige gebieden konden wel een beetje vernieuwing gebruiken, Het zwembad was beslist een hoogtepunt voor onze kinderen, Het is ook gunstig gelegen nabij enkele leuke eetgelegenheden zoals Cafe Moeslund,
Een geweldig huis voor een grote groep! Voldoende entertainmentopties zoals biljart en darts hield iedereen bezig, De kinderen hielden van de zandbak en schommels buiten, Het enige nadeel was de schoonmaakkosten, maar het was het waard voor de ruimte die we hadden,
Ons verblijf was over het algemeen aangenaam, De kinderen hielden van de PlayStation-opstelling en het zwembadgebied, De eind schoonmaakkosten waren iets hoog, maar we begrepen het gezien de grootte van het pand, Zou het aanbevelen voor familietrips,
Had een geweldige tijd in dit vakantiehuis! We waren een grote groep vrienden, en eerlijk gezegd had deze plek alles wat we nodig hadden, Het zwembad was geweldig, en de kinderen hielden van de waterglijbaan, Ik bedoel, wie niet? De woonkamer was super gezellig voor onze filmavonden, en we hadden zelfs een speelkamer om iedereen te vermaken, De plek was schoon en goed onderhouden, wat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte, Even ter info, de WiFi was soms een beetje traag, maar we hadden er niet veel last van, Zou zeker weer terugkomen!
