The pool room and activity room is a great gathering place for the whole family. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors. The kitchen is well equipped. The plot is 2,100 m² and there is ample space for ball games and other games. There are 110 m² terrace of which 46 m² is covered for barbecues and sunbathing and relaxation. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
