House Castle Romance

From the historic Burgromantik house, you can reach the town center of Cochem in just a few minutes' walk, with shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Lovingly renovated and attractively furnished, the house is suitable for 4-6 people, but can accommodate up to 7. It features two bathrooms and sleeping accommodations in three rooms. Including the loggia and balcony, the house offers approximately 80 m² of living space, consisting of (as seen from the entrance at Burgfrieden 11):

Ground Floor (Level 1):

Small living room with a kitchenette, a dining table that extends to both sides (1.70 m when extended), chairs, and satellite TV.

Loggia:

Adjoining the room on Level 1 is an open loggia (approx. 9.4 m²) with panoramic views of the Moselle River. Tables and chairs are also provided there. The two triple-paneled sliding windows can be closed for privacy.

1st Floor (Level 2):
Bedroom with double bed (2 m wide), balcony with panoramic Moselle River view, en-suite bathroom/toilet with window

2nd Floor (Level 3):

Living room with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, sleeping space for 2 people (1.50 m wide), satellite TV, Moselle River view. Separate bathroom/toilet with window, accessible from the hallway.

3rd Floor/Attic (Level 4):
Bedroom with double bed (2 m wide) and a single bed, which can also be extended to form a double bed.
Rock Cellar:
From the "Moselpromenade" street, you can access a small rock cellar. Bicycles can be stored there.
