The holiday home is located in the heart of Hooksiel in a quiet location and is tastefully furnished.

The upper floor is comfortably furnished with a shower room including a toilet and hairdryer. This floor also features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two new single beds, plus a travel cot. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, small electrical appliances, cooking utensils, etc.) and a dining area, divided into a dining area and a cozy living area. Both the living room and the master bedroom are equipped with an 80 cm (35") LCD TV and a DVD player.

On rainy days, a collection of DVDs and games will keep younger guests entertained. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Underfloor heating ensures warmth throughout the ground floor on cold days.
The garden, furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol, invites you to relax and unwind, and is completely enclosed by a hedge.
The house includes ample parking.
Satellite TV with DVD player, radio/CD player, travel cot, high chair, and washing machine are also provided.
