Large windows and terrace doors provide plenty of natural light and lovely garden views. Underfloor heating and high-quality flooring ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed and a 32-inch Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is included. Triple-glazed windows, sound insulation, solid doors and external blinds ensure peace and restful sleep.
There are two bathrooms, one en suite, both featuring walk-in rain showers, heated towel rails and hairdryers. A utility room provides storage space. A private underground parking space (No. 3; entrance height 2.00 m) is available.
