Description
Quartier-Hofmann
Welcome to our holiday home! You have an entire house at your disposal with four separate bedrooms (high-quality mattresses with two different firmness levels), as well as a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area.
Ideal if you want plenty of space and peace and quiet.
Quartier Hofmann is particularly well-suited as a multi-generational holiday home (bedrooms on the ground floor!), for a group of friends, or simply for a family.
Outside, you'll find three terraces (with a large barbecue) surrounding the house. Comfortable loungers and parasols are provided, so you can follow the sun.
The expansive views and breathtaking mountain panorama will help you relax.
Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds and balconies, as well as a bedroom with alcove beds (great for children and adults alike, standard mattress size) and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a terrace, as well as a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large kitchen with a lovely dining area and a wood-burning stove with a lounger (perfect for a midday nap), and a door leading to a small south-facing terrace. From the kitchen, you enter the living room with a large television, various comfortable seating options, and two sets of French doors leading to the garden.
In the garden, you'll find a large dining area with a barbecue to the east, a small terrace to the south, and another dining area ideal for pleasant summer evenings to the west of the house. In the basement, there is a small wellness room with a sauna that can accommodate approximately five people.
Our house is also ideally suited for family celebrations and groups of up to eight people.
