Our lakeside house is located in the island town of Malchow and has direct, private access to the lake. It's situated in a lovely residential area, right next to the Klinik am See (Lakeside Clinic) at August Bebelstrasse 31.
The house enjoys a peaceful location and underwent a complete interior renovation in 2016. During the renovation, we created an exciting combination of existing features and new additions. The patina of the original floor tiles and the original plank flooring are unique and lend the rooms a special ambiance.
The 2000 m² private garden, with its beautiful mature trees, is particularly lovely. You can swim directly into the lake from your private jetty or watch the many boats chugging by on the Berlin-Hamburg waterway.
Ground floor: Large dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, and a small wood-burning stove. Veranda with a table and seating facing the lake and a balcony. A bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, shower, and washing machine.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed (140 cm), 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and shower, built-in wardrobe
Attic: 1 spacious, open-plan bedroom with two beds. Accessible via the open spiral staircase.
Exterior: Long, narrow garden with a lawn leading to the lake, featuring fruit trees and mature trees. Outdoor ping-pong table.
