This beautiful and charming chalet, lovingly restored a few years ago, offers accommodation for up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Special highlights include the cozy eat-in kitchen with a wood-burning stove, the rustic wellness area with a sauna and rain shower, the living room with an open fireplace, and the large, south-facing terrace, from which (as from the entire chalet) you have an unobstructed view of the Kaiser Mountains and, in winter, of the toboggan run and cross-country ski trails of Reit im Winkl.
On the ground floor, the chalet features a living room, a bedroom, a luxurious bathroom, and a very comfortable eat-in kitchen with a wood-burning stove and a dining table for up to 12 people. The kitchen offers every comfort and is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, freezer, raclette grill, fondue set, waffle maker, and a ceramic cooktop.
On the first floor, there are 4 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating, a bathtub, and a shower, as well as a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed, while the other three rooms have large double beds; all rooms are equipped with dressers or wardrobes, providing ample storage space.
The highlight of the basement: a TV room with a 65-inch (163 cm) screen and very comfortable sofas. The basement also includes another toilet, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), and a room with a large wardrobe. Here you can conveniently store ski or hiking boots and all your equipment. From this room, you also have direct access to the large garage, where you can store skis or sleds.
Your place in the sun: The spacious, south-facing terrace, made of Italian natural stone, boasts a breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. The amenities leave nothing to be desired: patio furniture for up to 10 people, a gas grill, and a stylish lounge set – everything you need for grilling, relaxing, dining, and more.
Another highlight is the new, modern wellness area. A large sauna with a window offers relaxation at its finest. Directly adjacent, a stylish relaxation room with comfortable daybeds and large, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains invites you to linger. A spacious shower area with a rain shower and Kneipp hose provides additional refreshing relief – the perfect retreat after an active day in the mountains.
