A bright, welcoming apartment with red oak parquet flooring, extended by a brick terrace. From the central kitchen island, you have a view of everything. It also serves as a sideboard and a lookout. You can cook with a view of the greenery or chat with your companion at the dining table. There's also a lovely view from the double bed. Behind it is a dressing room separated by a glass door, which can be used as a second small bedroom (we'll add a mattress topper to the sofa bed).
