This tranquil holiday home was renovated in 2017 and features a modern, open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table, leading to the living room with access to a spacious sun terrace offering views of the surrounding greenery and the Rhine Valley.
There are two double bedrooms (one on the ground floor with a box-spring bed), two bathrooms with natural light, and a reading room. Parquet flooring is featured throughout the living and sleeping areas.
The reading room and bedroom on the first floor have access to a balcony with beautiful views of the greenery and the Siebengebirge hills.
The total living space is approximately 115 square meters (plus a terrace (16 square meters) and a balcony (10 square meters)).
You also have access to the basement with a washing machine and drying room.
Parking is available in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. A garage is available upon request. Coffee, tea, and other beverages are provided.
