The holiday home is situated on a roughly 1,000 sq m plot in Edertal-Bringhausen, in a quiet location in Bringhausen Bay with magnificent views of Lake Edersee, the Scheid peninsula, and Waldeck Castle. Beautifully situated on a hillside, it features a large terrace overlooking Lake Edersee, which is a 7-8 minute walk away. The bright, inviting living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen is perfect for relaxing evenings. Enjoy the crackling fireplace during the cooler months – firewood is provided on the property. Or unwind after an eventful day with a sauna session – the sauna (with relaxation room and shower) is located on the garden level of the house and is accessible via an internal staircase. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the house. The holiday home also features underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. Electricity costs for the sauna heater and washing machine/dryer are calculated based on consumption.

On sunny summer days, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool. The pool measures approximately 2.5 m x 7 m and is solar heated (available from May 30th to September 5th, 2026, and from May 29th to September 11th, 2027). Upon request, the property can also be booked by guests who wish to bring their dog from the beginning of October to mid-March.
The apartment has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a large wardrobe (2.5 m long). The second, smaller bedroom on the same level is suitable for another adult or up to two children. It has a 1.40 m wide bed, located in the corner of the room, meaning it is only accessible from one side. This room does not have a wardrobe.
The third double bedroom, with a 1.60 m wide bed for two people, is located on the garden/pool level, along with the second bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for enjoyable evenings of cooking with a stove (4 burners, ceramic hob), extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and cookware.
Bed linens, hand towels, and dish towels are available upon request (40.00 euros per person), as are a cot and highchair (free of charge). A shed on the property provides storage for bicycles/e-bikes. Please let us know if you would like to bring your dog (maximum 1 dog) (fees apply).
The tourist tax is included in the rental price.
