It features two sun terraces: one on the ground floor (40 m²) and the other on the first floor (approx. 18 m²). The five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The house is located just 250m from Kernic Bay and the beautiful sandy beach of Porz Meur is also within easy reach. A private wellness and spa area is available for you and your children – a large private indoor pool (minimum 28°C) and a lovely 5-person Jacuzzi. The wellness area has its own toilet and shower and is directly attached to the house. It is a permanent, enclosed structure, and both the pool and the indoor pool are heated year-round. Brand new – a large 4-5 person jacuzzi has been installed – a fantastic addition to this beautiful house. This spa area is also covered and heated year-round. You now have four bathrooms and showers in the house! And the garden area in front of the swimming pool is fully fenced to keep your four-legged friends from escaping. NEW!! Since 2022, there has been a fourth shower in front of the pool in the spa area, as well as an additional toilet.
