A modern and extremely spacious villa in a beautiful hilltop location approximately 3.5 km above the town of Soldano.

The master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as a small bedroom (double bed), and a shower room are also located on this level. The Finnish sauna with a relaxation room is also located on this level. The converted attic is accessible via a staircase from the living room. It houses a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining dressing room. There is a large sofa bed for a 9th person.
