The house is situated on a 1000 m² plot of land for sole use, in the heart of Neu Venedig (New Venice), between the Dämeritzsee and the larger Müggelsee. It features a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Swimming and leisure activities such as stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, and motorboat rentals are located in the immediate vicinity. Shops, restaurants, bus stops, and the S-Bahn (suburban train) are all within walking distance. A barbecue area and sun loungers are provided. The house is currently undergoing complete renovation and will receive a new kitchen and a brand-new bathroom.
The EuroVelo R1 cycle route passes directly by the property. The A10 motorway can be reached in 10 minutes. The S-Bahn takes you to the city center in 30 minutes, with trains running every 10 minutes. Boat rental stations are located nearby. The Spree River is just a 5-minute walk away.
The Müggelsee lido is a 5-minute walk away. From here, you can easily combine your holiday with the vibrant atmosphere of Berlin.
