Information on additional costs and fees:
A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens and towels can be ordered for an additional fee if required.
Please pay your visitor's tax in advance by bank transfer. You will then receive your visitor's cards from us by email.
Three parking spaces are available free of charge at the house.

The spacious, sun-drenched, 115 sq m thatched cottage features a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, overlooking the dining area and the living room with a wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, a comfortable bedroom, a sauna, and a bathroom with a shower.

... Upstairs, you'll find a family room with a balcony and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser lagoon, another bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, two sinks, and a toilet. Naturally, each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating.

The house is designed to comfortably accommodate six adults and one or two small children, while still allowing everyone to have their own private space.

Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. The "garden room" on the ground floor has direct access to the garden and terrace. A Weber electric grill is available for your use during enjoyable barbecues. The family room upstairs features a large balcony overlooking the Achterwasser lagoon, a comfortable armchair for relaxing, a small desk, and a crib. The adjacent bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together.

A harmonious and relaxing vacation requires a pleasant atmosphere, which is why we've furnished our house with natural colors and materials. Alongside the basic colors of white, cream, brown, and gray, you'll find turquoise tones in the dishes, towels, and linens.

Your holiday home is located directly on the Achterwasser lagoon, with adjacent walking, hiking, and cycling trails that lead across the island and quickly take you to the nearby white Baltic Sea beach and to Zinnowitz with its cozy cafes, restaurants, and shops.
