This holiday apartment was renovated in 2015 and welcomes guests with newly designed rooms. It is located on the lower level of a comfortable holiday home in the Waltersdorf district, above the spa town of Rathen.
The 28 m² apartment accommodates two people and features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The new kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, raclette grill, fondue sets (Chinoise and cheese), coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. In addition to a dining area, you will also find satellite TV, a CD, DVD, and Blu-ray player, and an iPod/iPhone docking station. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a mirror on the wall next to the window. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Since there are no carpets, the apartment is also ideal for allergy sufferers. All rooms are heated in an environmentally friendly way with a pellet heating system.
The holiday apartment includes a private terrace with a barbecue and seating. Parking is available. The property is fully fenced. Pets are allowed only upon request.
The apartment can be booked separately or in conjunction with the main house. It is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is permitted on the terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available. Mountain bikes are available for rent.
