The living room is 26 square meters and connected to a semi-open kitchen of approximately 9 square meters. The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers fantastic views of the harbor and Wismar's old town.
The apartment includes a storage room for bicycles, surfboards, or similar items. Paid parking is available nearby.
