Our holiday home was newly built in 2013 and is divided into a living area with an entrance hall, living room, dining area, open-plan kitchen, and guest WC/shower, and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and a large bathroom with an infrared sauna.
Both areas are connected by a light-filled hallway, which also provides easy access to the sheltered sun terrace.
The open-plan living/dining area, extending to the roof ridge, with its modern kitchen, creates a particularly spacious and airy feel. It features state-of-the-art appliances, ample workspace, and plenty of storage for cooking utensils.
Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer a diverse view of the surrounding natural landscape and the uniquely beautiful Baltic Sea fjord in every season.
You'll always find a sunny spot on the spacious, south-facing terrace with its lawn and sheltered sunbathing area nestled in nature with a view of the water, as well as shady spots around the house.
... The holiday home is located on the edge of an established holiday home area on the Schlei with a marina, not far from the town of Kappeln with its many restaurants and wide range of leisure activities.
