Apartment Ayatima is located in a quiet area of Costa Adeje. The beach, restaurants, and shops of all kinds are within a 1 to 1.5 km radius. The apartment is furnished in a traditional style and well-equipped. The living space is 55 m² and comprises a kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and a bedroom.
The 33 m² terrace faces southwest. Part of the terrace is covered, providing shade on hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking utensils, including an oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishes, etc. A separate room next to the kitchen contains a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are provided. The bedroom features a double bed with two single mattresses (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and large, floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobes. The bedroom opens directly onto the terrace. The living room features a sofa bed, a TV with satellite reception, and a dining area for four people. From the living area, you have direct access to the large terrace. Guests have access to two swimming pools.
