For this reason, it is not permitted to tilt the windows during the heating period. This leads to very little air exchange and causes the flat and walls to cool down considerably. A great deal of energy is then required to heat the flat again. For this reason, the home should only be ventilated twice a day. To do this, please open the windows completely for 5 minutes. When leaving the flat, make sure that all windows are closed and all lights are switched off. The caretaker will check this at regular intervals and close the windows in case of non-compliance. ✓ Check-in: From 4 pm you can check in flexibly via a key box ✓ Wi-Fi speed: If the network is used by many people, the internet speed may be slow.
