This small, quiet, Ibizan-style apartment complex is perched on the cliffs at the entrance to Porto Colom harbor. This unique location offers panoramic views of Portocolom, the sea, and even the Serra de Llevant mountains.
The holiday home is set back from the main road and offers 80 square meters of living space spread over two floors.
The ground floor comprises a living and dining area with comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to this is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the first floor are two further bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed). A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the first floor. The terrace on the upper floor offers sweeping sea views.
For a refreshing dip, the quiet complex has a communal pool, which you'll often have to yourself. Those who prefer to dive directly into the deep blue sea can jump into the water from the rocks below the houses :-)
