Exclusive holiday apartment "Haus Auerhahn Krün/Bärnbichl" – "simply different" – at approximately 900 meters above sea level, in Bavaria, in the Zugspitz Region, the Karwendel Alpine World, Upper Bavaria, the Werdenfelser Land, between Mittenwald and Wallgau. Quietly situated, non-smoking apartment on a hillside, with space for 2 adults and one child. A partially covered outdoor staircase and a covered, approximately 20 sq m south-west facing terrace directly adjacent to the meadow offer shelter and dry seating.
The living area is fully tiled and features underfloor heating. The large bedroom (beds with electric slatted frames) is carpeted and divided into separate areas (with a wardrobe). The child has their own sleeping area with a crib.
The white, high-gloss kitchen is fully equipped with a serving hatch to the dining table.
The bathroom features a nearly level-entry shower.
Garden use is permitted in the holiday apartment area.
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
German law applies; the place of jurisdiction for both parties is Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
