My favorite place

My favorite place... and not just figuratively speaking, this special vacation apartment! It offers plenty of amenities for up to 4 (+1) people! With approximately 93 m² of living space on the ground floor, there's ample room for the whole family. The apartment is stylishly and modernly furnished and exudes true Baltic Sea vacation flair. The open and spacious living area with a comfortable sofa (which converts into a bed), TV, DVD player, radio (USB/Bluetooth), and Wi-Fi provides plenty of entertainment. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in lots of natural light and offer a view of the furnished terrace with a gas grill and garden area. Why not enjoy a meal on the terrace? Here you can relax and unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Or take advantage of the open, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area. Spend time however you like. You shouldn't have to forgo comfortable living and culinary delights, even on vacation. The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children, as it has two bedrooms with comfortable double and single box-spring beds. A travel cot and highchair are provided. Allergy-friendly bedding and towel sets are available for rent. Therefore, and also due to the fact that pets are not allowed and the accommodation is non-smoking, "Mein Lieblingsplatz" (My Favorite Place) can be considered an allergy-friendly apartment. Curtains ensure blackout and a peaceful night's sleep. Here you can sleep away the stresses of everyday life! For little ones, there are play options, a play kitchen, and a rocking horse. From the bedrooms, you can easily access the spacious interior bathroom with a walk-in shower. Here you can refresh yourself after an eventful day. A towel warmer, hairdryer, and toilet are standard amenities. A separate guest toilet provides added convenience. A small storage room for a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc., adds to the comfort. There is a separate wardrobe in the hallway. "Mein Lieblingsplatz" offers plenty of comfort for you and your children.

If you'd like to go out, the harbor is only 300 meters away. There you can enjoy a delicious fish sandwich. The pier and beach are also only about 1000 meters away. Short distances are the name of the game!
