Villa Kala is a charming 5-bedroom villa with a private pool located in the idyllic old village of Povlja on the island of Brač. This seaside villa is a traditional Dalmatian three-story stone house, completely renovated in 2012. The outdoor area features a 23-meter swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, a lounge area, and a large, naturally shaded terrace where guests can enjoy al fresco dining and barbecues.
From the terrace, guests have access to one of the bedrooms, which has an en-suite bathroom and a separate entrance, as well as a laundry room with a fitness and games area (cross trainer, exercise bike, foosball table) and a guest toilet.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner electric stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave, blender) with a dining area and a guest toilet. Also on the ground floor is a comfortable living room with two sofas, satellite TV, and access to the terrace with a lounge and pool area.
The first floor is accessible via an internal staircase and features a double bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a sea-view window, as well as another large double bedroom with a king-size bed, sofa, and a balcony facing the hills.

The local beach is only 300m away and the grocery store, cafe bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
