The house is located almost exactly halfway between the two seas, so both the east and west beaches are just a few minutes' walk away, as is the much-praised new golf course.

The apartment, suitable for 2 people (plus a baby if needed), is located in the heart of the family-friendly resort town of Hörnum on a quiet side street directly behind the harbor dune.

A real wood-burning stove (not a fake!) creates a cozy atmosphere even in bad weather.
The kitchen and apartment are fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.

The spacious garden with its impressive Sylt rose slope on the dune overlooking the harbor offers sunshine from morning till evening. It is protected from the street by a traditional Frisian wall and enjoys sun all day long. There is also privacy screening from the neighboring garden.

Ample garden furniture is available, even if guests drop by for coffee or tea. Garden furniture and a beach chair are provided.
