Holiday home in Peroj with swimming pool
Our non-smoking holiday home was completed in 2019 and offers you plenty of privacy. Equipped with a private saltwater pool (approx. 33 sq m), a solar-powered outdoor shower, and a massage waterfall, it's the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday near the sea. Our German-speaking property managers, Ketty and Bernhard Tomâs, will be on hand to assist you.
We have furnished the holiday home with great attention to detail: Approx. 81 sq m + 16 sq m covered terrace comfortably accommodates up to four people on two floors. There are two bedrooms (both with TV and air conditioning) and two bathrooms (both with toilet and shower). The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), and there is also space for an additional cot (60x120 cm), which we provide free of charge (including bedding). The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200 cm) that can easily be joined to form a double bed if needed.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, and Nescafé Dulce Gusto machine, among other amenities. The enclosed garden and the furnished, shaded terrace offer plenty of space to relax. An electric grill is also available. There are two parking spaces on the property.
The long, expansive pebble beach of Peroj is approximately 750 meters (as the crow flies) from our holiday home and always offers ample space, even during peak season. Beach chairs and a parasol are provided free of charge.
