The charming, owner-operated VILLA ACHTERKERKE (built in 1845) is one of the oldest preserved villas in Heringsdorf.
The house enjoys a commanding position with unique sea views on the Kulm hill, situated on a spacious, well-maintained property with mature trees.
A private staircase leads down to the spa gardens and the wide, white sandy beach. Beach chairs can be reserved there for guests (for a fee).
A comfortable leather sofa bed in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping option.
You can listen to your own music via the Bose Bluetooth speaker.
A fully equipped, separate kitchen with a dining area for four people is available (Dolce Gusto capsule and filter coffee machines).
The apartment has two bathrooms (renovated in 2018).
