The highlight is the private lake access with its own boat dock, which can also be used as a short-term mooring for boats up to 6-8 meters. A kayak with accessories is available. The terraced private garden is landscaped with trees and flowers. Two parking spaces are available (a garage and an outdoor parking space). Pets are welcome for €100 per animal.
The villa is located approximately 500 meters from Bogliaco, 1.5 kilometers from the center of Gargnano, and about 5 kilometers from Toscolano Maderno. Ferry ports, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are easily accessible; the Bogliaco Golf Club is nearby.
