Our bright, spacious, non-smoking holiday apartment, 72 sq m, is located very close to the sea and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The building is situated on a hillside along the picturesque cliffs, set back from the seafront, and the apartment is accessed via internal stairs.
The apartment offers a large living room with a sofa (TV, board games, books) and dining area (upholstered chairs), as well as an open-plan fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar (dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment), two bedrooms (A - 1 double bed + 1 single bed + travel cot, large wardrobe; B - 1 double bed, large wardrobe), a main bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, mirror), and an additional second bathroom (toilet, sink, mirror, coin-operated washing machine), as well as a hallway with a coat rack.
The bright living room, the heart of the apartment, features a wide window front and opens onto a south-facing terrace. You can enjoy the sun from 10 am until evening. A dining table and folding chairs/loungers with cushions are provided, as well as a clothesline. The terrace is surrounded by a hedge, ensuring privacy.
The bedroom windows are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens. There is also an insect screen on the patio door.
The apartment is comfortably warm year-round, as every room has underfloor heating.
The apartment's location is very quiet, making it ideal for relaxation and suitable for children, as it is completely free from traffic. Only pedestrians are permitted in the green holiday complex. Free parking is available in the parking lot of our "Hohes Ufer" complex.
