Until recently, "Casa La Forana" was a small, typical farmhouse. It was completely restored in 2015 with great taste and attention to detail.
The covered patio on the ground floor is particularly popular, furnished with a table and chairs, teak sun loungers, a barbecue, and deck chairs. A little oasis for relaxation!
The holiday home has two floors: on the ground floor, the bright, partially open-plan living area extends to the roof and features a fireplace and a high-standard kitchen: a stylish oven with four gas burners and a long fish burner in the center; a large refrigerator discreetly tucked away in a charming cabinet; a dishwasher; an antique marble sink; antique tiles; and much more. The furnishings are a testament to the loving attention to detail.
The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed. Adjacent to the living room is the first, beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle featuring crystal walls and a large rain shower head, as well as a sink with an olive wood base.
A comfortable staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom with a double bed, which is open to the rest of the holiday home. From the bedroom, you can access the first-floor terrace, which offers a sea view. Sheltered from northerly winds, the south-facing terrace is particularly well-suited for sunbathing during the off-season. A further beautiful bathroom with a crystal shower enclosure and rain shower is adjacent to the bedroom.
The entire holiday home is very bright and was built using only select materials: oak floors (no ceramic tiles!), well-insulated windows and doors, air conditioning in the main rooms, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. It also includes private parking.
