At the rear of the upper floor is a balcony that runs the entire length of the house, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun. The upper floor also includes three bedrooms with double beds, a connecting room with a sofa bed, a room used as a library, and the bathroom. All rooms are connected by a spacious hallway.
