Information regarding additional costs and fees:
Please note that during New Year's week, the property is only available for weekly bookings at a fixed price, with flexible arrival and departure dates.
A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee (€200 over New Year's). The security deposit will be refunded after the final billing of additional costs.
Electricity (€0.35/kWh) and water (€6.50/m³) are charged according to consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.
Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is due before arrival.
One pet is permitted for an extra charge. Please contact your agent to book additional pets.
Free parking is available near the house. Additional parking is available for a fee.
The house has two bedrooms and a sleeping area on the mezzanine (sofa bed for two people).
Please note: The houses in the beach park are located in a biosphere reserve; therefore, open fires are not permitted.
The owner regularly uses the house himself. Therefore, one room on the ground floor and the shed next to the house are not available to guests due to the storage of personal belongings.
