The holiday home is situated on the edge of the village with unobstructed views across meadows to the Schlei fjord. The ground floor features an open-plan, modern kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining and living area with a wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower (and toilet) with grab bars, and an adjoining heated conservatory. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, each with a sitting area and an additional TV, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower and infrared sauna.
The terraces surrounding the house face southwest and are furnished with garden furniture, a beach chair, and a barbecue, overlooking the large, mature garden.
