Sundown Holiday Apartment: A charming holiday apartment with an upscale living environment (natural stone walls and antique fixtures combined with modern touches and art), private terrace (lounge, sun loungers, and breathtaking views). Amenities include: 2 TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, and a good internet connection (smart working in the apartment, as well as in the garden or by the pool!). A high-quality, spacious kitchen and a fireplace complete the picture. It is suitable for couples (or singles) and small families who appreciate privacy and a dream location.
The medieval town of Ostra (1.5 km, 2 minutes by car) is just a short walk away for an espresso or aperitivo, and the sea (nearest beach Senigallia, 15 km) is easily accessible – no planning required.
The large infinity pool (13 x 7 m) is located slightly apart on another part of the property and is popular with swimmers (not suitable for small children). The panoramic views while swimming are also impressive.
There are no recreational facilities (playground, etc.) for children, as our guests primarily seek peace and relaxation.
