Our holiday apartment accommodates four people, and if needed, there is space for an additional guest in the living area.

In winter, you can walk to the last ski bus stop for the family-friendly Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ski area. The cross-country ski trail is a 5-minute walk away.

...then you've come to the right place! The bedroom features a super comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 meter box-spring bed. The 1.80 meter mirrored sliding-door wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. Access to the terrace makes the room bright and inviting.

A pull-out sofa bed for the kids? That's a thing of the past... with us, your kids have their own little kingdom. The small but truly charming room is furnished with a 0.90 x 2.00 meter bunk bed. Thanks to the colorful decor and its own LED TV, your kids will feel right at home.

A pull-out sofa bed for the kids? That's so yesterday... The functional leather corner sofa is positioned to provide a perfect view of the solid wood lowboard with its 40" LED TV. At night, the sofa can be converted into a bed for a fifth person, if needed.

The dining set, which matches the living room, features a modern corner bench and two chairs and comfortably seats five. The table and seating area are ideal for relaxed meals or exciting game nights.

The kitchen:

A stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave are standard amenities. An egg cooker, kettle, toaster, mixer, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., are also provided – everything has been thought of. The Dolce Gusto coffee machine caters to everyone's tastes.

The bathroom – An exclusive and modern shower oasis

The walk-in shower offers a choice between a hand shower and a rain shower head. A folding door separates the shower area from the rest of the room while you shower. Coordinated, plush terry towels complete the pampering experience.
