Spend your holiday in a stately Art Nouveau villa, built at the end of the 19th century by the court architect Ludwig II. The 74 m² apartment has been completely renovated and is accessible via the historic staircase (no elevator). It offers high-quality furnishings, including a new fitted kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, etc.) and a modern bathroom. The apartment is furnished in a modern and comfortable style, with antique pieces adding a special touch. It features a separate bedroom and two beds on the open gallery above. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are, of course, included.
The village center, our ski area, and the Hocheck cable car are just a few minutes away. Excursions to nearby Austria, for example to the Zillertal (60 km), Innsbruck (80 km), or Kitzbühel (40 km), are easily accessible. In winter, enjoy skiing at Hocheck with floodlights or tobogganing down the 3 km illuminated toboggan run to the valley. The Sudelfeld ski resort is approximately 20 km away. In summer, Oberaudorf offers 200 km of hiking trails, a summer toboggan run, parks, a skate park, the Luegsteinsee lido with a large water slide, numerous lakes for swimming, a nature and forest trail, a curling rink, bicycle rental, tennis courts, table tennis, billiards, mini-golf, horse-drawn carriage rides, a water skiing facility, and a fairytale and wildlife park nearby. In winter, there are 50 km of winter hiking trails, curling and ice skating on the Luegsteinsee natural ice rink, horse-drawn sleigh rides, snowshoeing, an indoor tennis center, ski jumping, three toboggan runs: Hocheck (floodlit), Brünnstein, and Tatzelwurm, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, carving and snowboarding schools, 30 km of cross-country ski trails, downhill skiing in the Sudelfeld and Hocheck ski areas, and snowboarding.
