On a plot of almost 900 square meters, the main house features a veranda and wooden deck, a separate studio with a terrace, a private pool, and a carport. The main house offers a living area with a sitting area and satellite TV, a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen. A corridor leads to the sleeping quarters, which include a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom, and another bathroom.
The separate studio, located approximately 30 meters from the main house, contains another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The main house boasts a large, covered veranda facing southwest, offering views of the sea and the sunset. Here you'll find a lounge area, a dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill. A spacious wooden deck in front of the veranda provides a relaxing space. The private pool measures approximately 10m x 5m. It is available for the exclusive use of the house's guests and is open from Easter until the beginning of November.
