Welcome to the state-approved resort of Zierow on the West Mecklenburg Baltic coast.
The Johanna holiday home offers you a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep, as it is only a few minutes' walk to the beach.

Location:

Zierow is located between the Hanseatic city of Wismar (approx. 8 km) and the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen (approx. 15 km).

Many cycling and hiking trails, such as those through Zierow, lead very close to the beach (e.g. towards Wohlenberger Wiek or towards Wismar) and some offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.

Beach:

Here you have good conditions for relaxed (sun) bathing, for sports & games and for relaxing walks. The Zierow beach is particularly recommended for families with children. A beautiful playground right on the water, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court or a mini golf course provide variety (in the season from April to September). The beach is located directly on the Bay of Wismar, and its shallow bathing areas attract little water lovers to the Baltic Sea.

Boltenhagen: the Baltic Sea resort is about 15 km away and awaits its guests with a long pier, a spa park, a promenade and numerous cafes & restaurants as well as smaller shops.

Klütz: the castle town is about 12 km away. Here we recommend a visit to Bothmer Castle. The entire complex is very impressive. The castle park invites you to take a leisurely stroll. With children, a visit to the Klütz Butterfly Park (open from April to October) is very worthwhile.

Shopping: in Zierow there is a small shop where you can get fresh bread rolls in the morning, among other things. In Gägelow or in Wismar/Wendorf (about 4 km) you can choose between several supermarkets.
