This stunning, approximately 55 m² (500 sq ft) sun-drenched holiday apartment, spread over two floors with three rooms, is located on the second floor of a renovated, listed building and offers an exclusive and modern ambiance.

The apartment was renovated and completely refurnished in 2018!

On the lower level, you'll find the open-plan kitchen and living room, which features a modern corner sofa (with an additional pull-out bed). A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi are also provided.

The new, high-quality fitted kitchen is fully equipped with NEFF appliances, including an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and microwave. A coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are also provided. High-quality crockery, cutlery, and cookware complete the kitchen equipment.

A spiral staircase leads to the two bright and modern bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and its own flat-screen TV.
A modern bathroom with a new glass shower enclosure is also available.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room in the basement.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality fitted kitchens, including an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and microwave. A travel cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Additionally, a manual bed rail, which can be attached to any of the beds in 30 seconds, is available free of charge.
