The "Seenot" restaurant is a great spot to enjoy the sunset with a drink. The popular and lively shopping street, Friedrichstrasse, is about a 10-minute walk. The apartment is suitable for up to four people. A sofa bed is available in the living room. There is a double bed on the upper floor. Enjoy a peaceful breakfast on the beautiful, green terrace (facing east). A beach chair (facing south) is available year-round. The entire property is landscaped with dune grass. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, four-burner ceramic cooktop, and a large dining table.
