The bright, spacious living room with a dining area in the turret bay window offers a beautiful view over the center of Binz and all the way to the sea. High-quality wooden floorboards create a cozy atmosphere. A compact stereo system with CD player and a flat-screen TV are provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for two children or one adult.

The bedroom features a TV, a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), blackout curtains, and high-quality carpeting.
The large, sunny balcony faces southeast, offering views over the center of Binz and towards the sea. It is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.

The separate kitchen features a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and coffee maker. You can also enjoy views of the Baltic Sea from the kitchen. The dining area is located in the spacious living room.

The bathroom has a glass shower enclosure with a rain shower head and a beautiful granite floor.
A hallway with a wardrobe is also available.
The apartment is located on the third floor.
The villa has an elevator.
A storage room for bicycles is available in the villa (accessible via an external staircase).
A parking space at the house is included.
A beach chair between beach access points 21 and 22 is available free of charge from May to September.
