This cozy bungalow is within easy walking distance of the dunes (10 minutes), the beach, and the vibrant town center of Renesse (20 minutes). The beach is just a five-minute bike ride away. During peak season, you can also take advantage of the free electric beach bus. Enjoy the sun undisturbed all day long in the large, fully fenced garden.
The living room features a cozy fireplace and digital TV with many German channels. From the living room, you can access the large, covered terrace with a comfortable lounge area. A second terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue, is perfect for enjoying a meal at the end of the day. The garden is fully fenced, and the gate in the back garden provides direct access to the dunes and beach.
The open-plan kitchen is generously equipped, including a four-burner gas stove (Boretti) with oven/grill, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave. A freezer is located in the garden shed. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, comfortably seats four.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and bathroom furniture, and one with two single box-spring beds. Ample closet space is provided.
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available in the laundry room.
The house has central heating and free Wi-Fi. Parking is available on the property. A lockable garden shed is located in the garden, where you can store items such as bicycles.
A supermarket is located near Wildhoek Park (approx. 200 m) and is open during the season. There you can buy fresh bread rolls and your newspaper in the morning. The park is just a stone's throw from the De Vroongronden nature reserve. Here you can enjoy cycling through a wild dune landscape, surrounded by wild cattle, horses, and deer.
