Your holiday home (non-smoking): From the spacious, bright living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing terrace and private garden (garden furniture and a beach chair are available from spring to autumn). The living/dining room features a comfortable seating area and a large dining table with five seats. A gas fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth on cooler days. Ideal for short and long stays.

Two bedrooms, each with a 180x200 cm bed. Two shower rooms, one of which also has a bathtub, and a guest WC on the ground floor. Private sauna in the basement. High-quality furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine.

In the open attic space, there is an additional sleeping area (140x200cm) for a child up to approximately 140cm tall (not suitable for toddlers).
