The living area extends over one floor. The living room, with its open and rustic fireplace (functional and very romantic), is furnished with brand new furniture and a sofa. The kitchen has access to a balcony with a magnificent view (including a glimpse of Lake Garda). Villa Desy has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and toilet. On the fully fenced property, there is a wooden gazebo with a table and chairs overlooking the Varone Waterfall and Lake Garda, as well as sun loungers. A cellar with bicycles and firewood is also available.
