Casa Magdalena - upper holiday apartment
Casa Magdalena is situated on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, 200 meters above Maccagno at the edge of the village of Caviggia, in a pleasant south-facing location.
From the garage, which is directly attached to the house, 25 steps lead to the separate entrance of the apartment. The living room, with a seating area and a dining area for four people, has direct access to the terrace with its breathtaking lake view.
Sunshades, garden furniture, and a barbecue are provided.
A counter with a granite countertop separates the living area from the kitchenette.
The double beds in the two bedrooms have single mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm and 80 x 190 cm, respectively.
The apartment has central heating. Wi-Fi is free of charge.
